Lloyd Daly & Associates was established in 1999, bringing together residential estate agency and professional property valuation under one practice in Dublin.

Lloyd Daly brings 35 years of estate agency experience, beginning with his time at GWD Estate Agents before establishing the firm in 1999. That hands-on agency work — pricing homes, negotiating sales and guiding vendors through the process — shaped the way the practice operates today: direct involvement from an experienced agent rather than a changing cast of intermediaries.

Alongside residential sales, the business has developed a significant professional valuation focus. We prepare valuations for financial institutions, valuations required for probate and the administration of estates, and valuations of property portfolios where a consistent, defensible view of value is needed across multiple assets.

We also assist clients who need practical property guidance when dealing with financial institutions — situations where a clear, well-evidenced opinion of value and a calm explanation of the options matter more than sales talk.
